Granola with a twist

Hi there! let’s talk food shall we?

Today i was feeling a bit creative and for those who know me a little bit know i love to cook and experiment a little with it..

So what did i do? Yes i went in to the kitchen and since it was my mumday i thought let’s make a nice treat for my youngest one and for myself. I recently discoverd a granola from OotGranola, it is low in Sugar, it is 100% biologic, without any gluten and contains a whole lot of nuts.

It is from a dutch firm that delivers it to my doorstep, perfect right? yes i thought so as well 😉 http://www.oot.nl

Because i like to keep my Sugar intake as low as possible it really appeals to me since i am a big Sugar addict, yes guilty as charged.

I made a traditional granola with yoghurt and fruits and then i thought i am going to try to combine this granola with something that isn’t sweet in texture.

It worked out really well, so hereby i would like to share my recipe with you:
